Gewürztraminer

The Gewürztraminer wine, procuced since the 2018 vintage, is made from grapes that come from a small vineyard on a steep slope, cared for entirely by hand. The vines were planted in 2015. They produce approximately 5500-6000 kilograms per hectare. The entire fermentation and vinification process takes place in steel tanks.

The grapes are pressed with a longer cycle and higher pressure to create a broader and more complex bouchet of aromas.

Ideal as an aperitif, this wine pairs very well with fish and shellfish dishes. Excellent with sushi.
